Aboca Grintuss Herbal Tea, 20 sachets, is a herbal tea that supports respiratory health, soothing a cough whilst protecting the mucous membranes.

What is it used for?

Thanks to the action of plants such as grindelia, plantain and helichrysum (the HyperCreso variety, selected for its high content of functional ingredients), this herbal tea has an effective soothing and emollient effect on the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract. Its action is complemented by natural aromas and essential oils of mint and eucalyptus which, when brewed, release warm vapours with a soothing effect. It is an ideal complement to cough syrups during episodes of dry or productive coughs.

Directions for use

Place one tea bag in a cup of very hot water, leave to steep for 5 to 10 minutes, covering the cup to retain the soothing vapours, remove the tea bag and drink. You can drink 2 to 3 cups a day, preferably one of them before going to bed.
