Accuris™ Hot Start 2x Taq Master Mix DNA Polymerase, 50µl, PR1001-HS

The Accuris™ Hot Start 2X Master Mix (PR1001-HS) is a ready-to-use PCR reagent containing hot-start Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl₂, and optimized reaction buffer in a single mix. The hot-start formulation prevents non-specific amplification and primer-dimer formation by keeping the polymerase inactive at room temperature until the initial denaturation step.

It is ideal for high-specificity PCR applications such as genotyping, colony PCR, and low-copy or difficult DNA templates, delivering consistent and reliable amplification results with minimal setup time
