Accuris™ Hot Start 2x Taq Red Master Mix DNA Polymerase, 50µl, PR1001-HSR

The Accuris™ PR1001-HSR is a Hot Start Taq DNA Polymerase 2X Master Mix (Red Dye version) designed for convenient and high-specificity PCR.

It contains a hot-start Taq polymerase (antibody-inhibited until activation at high temperature) along with optimized buffer, dNTPs, MgCl₂, and a red loading dye for direct gel loading after PCR. The hot-start mechanism helps prevent non-specific amplification and primer-dimer formation during reaction setup at room temperature, improving yield and reproducibility.

This formulation is ideal for routine PCR applications such as genotyping, colony PCR, and standard DNA amplification, and the included dye allows PCR products to be loaded directly onto agarose gels without adding separate loading buffer
