Accuris™ Hot Start Taq DNA Polymerase, 500u, PR1000-HS

The Accuris™ PR1000-HS Hot Start Taq DNA Polymerase is a high-performance DNA polymerase designed for hot-start PCR to improve specificity and reduce non-specific amplification. It remains inactive at room temperature and is activated during the initial high-temperature denaturation step, helping prevent primer-dimer formation and unwanted amplification.

This enzyme is ideal for routine and complex PCR applications, including GC-rich templates, low-copy targets, genotyping, and colony PCR, delivering reliable and consistent amplification results
