The Accuris™ E5001-UVBLOCK is a specialized UV Blocking Filter designed for the SmartDoc™ 2.0 Imaging System.

While many standard filters focus on specific emission colors, this filter is specifically engineered to protect your smartphone’s camera sensors. It is used when imaging gels on a UV transilluminator to block harmful ultraviolet radiation from reaching the camera while allowing the visible light from the fluorescent DNA/RNA bands to pass through clearly.
