IKA® HELISTAND Set for Rotavisc Viscometer, 20128648

The motorized IKA HELISTAND Set enables reliable viscosity measurement of highly viscous samples such as creams, pastes, paints and gelatin. It moves the mounted viscometer and its rotating body slowly and uniformly up and down through the sample; because these substances would otherwise be forced to the edges by rotation and create an air channel around the rotating body, the slow helical movement keeps the acting torque meaningful. The set includes T-spindles for non-flowing samples so you can acquire dependable viscosity measurements.
