The IKA KS 501 digital is a low-profile laboratory orbital shaker featuring a large mounting surface and a load capacity of up to 15 kg. Its quiet, vibration-free operation and orbital motion make it well suited for shaking vessels holding more than 250 ml, including round flasks, Erlenmeyer flasks, culture flasks and bottles.

Offering infinitely variable speed control across a 0-300 rpm range with a 30 mm orbital diameter, the unit is ideal for biological and microbiological growth tests and for preparing stock solutions. A clear digital display, integrated timer, and continuous (endless) operation even under extreme loads round out its capabilities, while integrated USB and RS 232 interfaces enable data connectivity.
