IKA® Lab Dancer Fixed Speed Test Tube Shaker, 3365000

The IKA lab dancer is a neat, compact fixed-speed test tube shaker made for quickly mixing small samples on the bench. Its inert plastic top and tube surface stand up to routine chemical contact, while the coated zinc die-cast base keeps the unit stable during use. The small footprint makes it an easy fit even where bench space is tight.

Running at a fixed 2800 rpm, the lab dancer delivers a strong, consistent vortex for reliable mixing of test tubes, centrifuge tubes and small beakers up to 30 mm in diameter. A touch-start function spins the sample only while the tube is pressed onto the cup, giving fast, one-handed operation for tasks such as resuspending pellets. It ships with a lightweight 12 V power pack set.
