IKA® Trayster Basic Overhead Shaker, 4005000

The IKA Trayster basic is an overhead shaker that uses vertical rotation to deliver gentle yet thorough mixing at a fixed speed. It is especially well suited to biological samples such as blood, and handles the separation and mixing of both powdered and liquid samples in tubes of up to 50 ml.

Its interchangeable attachments make the unit versatile across a range of applications, while the easy-to-remove design lets you clean up spilled samples quickly. Built for continuous operation, the Trayster basic can also be used inside incubators at temperatures from 4 to 50 °C and is controlled through a simple foil keypad.
