Composition

Per 4 capsules per day: Plantain leaf extract: 750 mg, Quercetin complex: 250 mg, of which quercetin: 100 mg; Blackcurrant leaf powder: 140 mg; Vitamin C: 40 mg (50.0%*), Manganese: 1.0 mg (50.0%*).

Directions for use

4 capsules throughout the day, with a glass of water.
